The Scientific Committee of WNS-V 2026 welcomes abstracts for Oral (Platform) Presentations and E- Poster Presentations. Authors are invited to submit abstracts of their research papers or case studies.
Authors must further select one sub-category from the following:
Neurology -
1) Stroke, 2) Epilepsy, 3) Movement Disorders, 4) General Neurology, 5) Neuromuscular Disorders, 6) Cognitive Neurology, 7) Autoimmune Disorders, 8) Demyelinating Disorders, 9) Headache, 10) Neuroinfections, 11) Vertigo/Neuro-ophthalmology, 12) Miscellaneous.
Similarly neurosurgery abstracts must be submitted under one of the following subcategories
Neurosurgery
1) Degenerative Diseases, 2) Epilepsy, 3) Infection, 4) Neuro Oncology, 5) Neuro Traumatology, 6) Pediatric Neurosciences, 7) Radio Surgery, 8) Recent Advances in Neurosurgery, 9) Skull Base, 10) Spine, 11) Stereotaxy, 12) Vascular, 13) Miscellaneous
(Special Categories)
1) AI in Neurosciences, 2) Art in Neurosciences, 3) Entrepreneurship, 4) Finance for Doctors, 5) Leadership in Neurosciences, 6) Medical Illustrations, 7) Neuro Surgical Education, 8) Neurosurgery in Low Resource Conditions, 9) Non-medical Literary Work, 10) Work Life Balance
If multiple abstracts are submitted by a single author and more than one is accepted, only one abstract will be selected for platform (oral) presentation , while the remaining accepted abstracts will be assigned to E-Poster Presentation.
Authors must enter the following sections in the text box provided:
The title should be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS , font size 14 , except for scientific names, which should follow standard italicized upper/lower case formatting.
The abstract text must be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font .
The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that:
Presenting author’s full name (First, Middle, and Last) and institutional affiliation(s) must be mentioned.
Authors should list their highest earned academic degree after their name.
Residents or trainees may indicate their current designation (e.g., Resident, Neurology).
The name(s) of the department(s) and institution(s) to which the work is attributed must be clearly stated.
Complete correspondence details of the presenting author (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address) are required.

Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for presentation and bursary .
