The 5th World Neurosciences Summit (WNS 2026) brings an exciting and future-focused learning opportunity for all Neurology residents and fellows.
The World Neurosciences Summit hereby invites interesting and challenging clinical cases for Grand Rounds. Three cases will be selected for Grand Rounds discussion by
Dr M Madhusudanan. This will be one of the highlights of the scientific programme for WNS 2024 which will be held at New Delhi from 22nd to 25th August 2024. The program will be organized by Dr Kurian Thomas on behalf of WNS.

Three cases will be selected for Grand Rounds discussion by Dr. M. Madhusudanan, forming one of the highlights of the scientific program at WNS 2026. The summit will be held at Hotel Andaz by HYATT, Aerocity, Delhi from 20–23 August 2026
The program will be organized by Dr. Kurian Thomas on behalf of WNS.
This initiative aims to:
- Strengthen clinical reasoning skills
- Encourage integration of technology and intelligence in neurology
- Promote analytical thinking and interdisciplinary learning
Cases will be evaluated based on:
- Quality of presentation
- Depth of clinical reasoning
- Scope for discussion
Exciting prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third places
Last date for submission: 15 June 26
The format for the presentation is as follows:
Eligibility
- Current DM (Neurology / Paediatric Neurology) or DNB (Neurology / Paediatric Neurology) residents
- Fellows pursuing subspecialty training in Neurology
General Guidelines
- All cases must be submitted via the official WNS submission portal/email.
- Submissions must be in ENGLISH only.
- Cases should be submitted as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
- Each candidate may submit up to 3 cases, but only one will be selected.
- Only fully worked-up cases will be considered.
- Cases must not have been published or presented elsewhere.
- The same case may also be submitted for poster/platform presentation at WNS 2026.
- A letter from the Head of Department is mandatory.
- Selected candidates will receive complimentary registration for WNS 2026.
Format for WNS Grand Rounds
- File size should not exceed 20 MB
- Maximum 30 slides
- Submitted file is for review; selected candidates may refine their presentations
- Final presentation must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the conference

- Ancillary Testing- Radiology, pathology, electrophysiology, AI-assisted diagnostics (if applicable)
- Final Diagnosis / Differential Diagnosis
- Discussion & Literature Review
Additional Notes:
- Figures, tables, and AI-generated insights (if used) should be clearly labeled
- Videos may be included if clinically relevant (submit as separate files)
- Ethical considerations and patient consent must be ensured
